We help organisations develop their capabilities in solving complex business problems by applying methods from human sciences.
We believe that solving complex business problems should never be fully outsourced to consultants. Therefore, our way of working with our clients is based on co-design practices; often the whole project but at least the key analysis phases are conducted together with our client’s development team. End-users, external experts as well as key stakeholders participate in the process when necessary.
In strategy projects Protoomo is tasked, by the board-of-directors or management teams, with collecting novel data and conducting state-of-the-art analysis alongside applying traditional strategy methodologies.
Deliverables can be, for example, service vision, business portfolio, market position or turnaround decisions that are based on understanding the market and its opportunities better than the competition.
In development projects our client’s core team and Protoomo’s experts team up. Together the project team applies qualitative research methods and design thinking in creating new service concepts, business models or products, for example. Furthermore, the increased capabilities that the team has acquired in human centric development can be transferred to the larger organisation as a whole.
